At Flow, our mission is to empower individuals by boosting their income, enabling them to improve their livelihoods and support their families. Our impact was assessed by a 3rd party organization 60_decibels along with SCBF and this were the main highlights of their report:

✔ 94% of our customers have used a product like flow’s float advance for the very first time

✔ 65% of customers shared that flow’s loan product has helped them service more people

✔ 45% of customers shared that their income has grown significantly

✔ 35% of customers reported feeling much less financial stress
